Been thinking so much about you all lately as I am back in the studio again with the boys trying to write some new music. What an amazing few years it has been. So inspired going through the dance record phase of my life. Thank you so much for all your support! The tour was incredible. We ended up doing over 100 shows around the world and it was so rewarding and again inspiring. Thank you to everyone who came out to see it...memories for life! Great to be home with with all my boys. Feels crazy to be pregnant all over again!!!!! We have been spending every day up in the little studio in our house trying to write music. My favorite part so far is just seeing the guys everyday and hanging out. We have so much fun together. The songwriting part is a bit slow on my part...I think it has something to do with the baby in my belly but I'm sure it is all of the process and I really believe this could be the most inspired No Doubt record so far. Cant wait to see what happens.

Hydration has never been so yummy!

Tired of drinking just plain ol' water to hydrate? Well, here are two of my staple items that I drink on a daily basis. They're fabulous, super great for you.. and they taste fantastic! You can pretty much get them at most convenient stores.

Aloe vera drink: Ok seriously.. this stuff is so fucking DELICIOUS. it has these little floaties in it that remind me of the green grapes my neighbour used to grow on his vines. (it's available in sugar free in some places.. but i prefer the regular).



Aquafina Plus+ with antioxidants (vitamin water): I know there's a bunch of these so-called vitamin waters flooding the market in the past little while but my favourite for the time being is this one by Aquafina.. which is interesting.. because i dislike regular Aquafina water. It seems to have this tinny taste to it all the time. Anyhoo, the vitamin water has antioxidants in it as well.. and it comes in three flavours (that i've seen so far) Pomegranate Cherry, Passionfruit Citrus, and Blackcherry Grape.. which is my favourite!



I am, however, slightly displeased.. as they may be discontinuing it and have just the vitamin water (minus antioxidants) which, from what i've heard, doesn't taste nearly as good for some unknown reason.

Today is my name saint day. I always remember it because it's one of the major ones they celebrate and my parents always buy me a bunch of stuff and i get all sorts of hugs and kisses and pastries.. hehe

I love how my star sign is the sign of the Virgin Mary and my name is the name of the father. How the hell did that pan out? I guess I'm just that saintly... ; )) hehe





Anyhoo.. so, today is my day (and the pope's day too!hehe) and a million other people under the name of Giuseppe.. so, go celebrate it and eat some Zeppole!!

Two of the same don't make a match.

Gawd.. I'm going to sound like such a stupid bitch for this post.. but I can't help it. I'm sorry.. and I'm SOO sorry for being an asshole and saying this.. but i just needed it to be out there.

What is it with guys thinking that someone just like them is perfect? Most guys look for a girl that is the same as them.. and they fall hard for it. "omg this girl is so perfeeeeect" or whatever. Because she's so similar to him. it's uncanny sometimes. same star signs.. make them a perfect match.. cuz they're such like-thinkers.. could it be anymore fabulous? NO. WRong. SO WRONG. It's never a good match. It SOMETIMES works out.. but mostly not.

Girls don't want a dood who's just like them. Girls can be great friends with someone like that.. they have so much in common in terms of personality and ideas, mannerisms, thoughts, etc etc etc.. you catch my drift.

And maybe I shouldn't speak on behalf of all girls because I'm only speaking from my own experiences........ but honestly.. i don't WANT someone like me. If i wanted someone like me.. i'd marry myself.. and make sweet love to myself all day long. .MmmmMMmm xxxx. hehehe

And i'm SO sorry if I seem like i'm being unfair and a total jerk for thinking like this.. but i can't help it. and if i already know that.. then what's the point of trying? I'm not attracted to people who are like me. I can be great friends with them.. i sure can.. but that's it. Hell, i dunno how people are even attracted to me half the time.. : // but SERIOUSLY.... don't take it personally. don't get offended. It's not about YOU. it's not about ME. IT's just the way the stars were aligned. and Sure.. it's not always set in stone.. BUt sorry man.. it's pretty much true almost all the freaking time.

Two of the same almost NEVER make a good match.



Just accept it. And people, go look for something different and better. :))

A Fine Frenzy & Ferras.

Ok.. let me start off by saying that A Fine Frenzy was absolutely phenomenal last night. Definitely one of the best performances I have ever seen. Ever. And NO.. i'm not just saying that to make a certain someone feel bad. In fact.. I was thinking how they would've liked it so much if they were there. :P

Allison is so sweet and remarkably talented. She has the prettiest voice and the most powerful too. Her piano playing is amazing. I enjoyed the show so much! And it was such a small, intimate setting which made it all the better. I wish I brought my camera with me. I'm kicking my ass for leaving it at home.. I've posted a million A Fine Frenzy videos/songs on my blogs in the past.. so, I won't bother doing that now.

I would, however, like to mention the opening act Ferras. This guy is absolutely fantastic. Plus, VERY entertaining. I was very impressed and the show was beyond incredible. For those of you who haven't heard of him yet.. well, you will soon enough. Here's a couple of songs for you to check out.

Studying abroad.

My professor was at my work yesterday and she spoke to me about the summer trip to Italy. You go to Bologna for one month and it's intensive classes on language and culture. She really thinks I should consider going. I want to SO bad.. Lord knows how much I miss it so badly there... and some of my relatives live right near there. ... but the deadline to register is in just over a week... and I honestly don't have the cash to spend right now. I really wish I had heard about it sooner.. because I would've went for sure. The only reason I never gave it a thought before was because it was so much money.. but she just informed me that all students applying for a bursary to study to abroad, get the approval and money for it! I wish I knew that sooner! Well, either way.. if I can't this summer.. I will for sure next summer.. now that I have that information.


But.. I'm still considering going for this summer.. .. I'm going to try to make it happen *crosses fingers*.. wish me luck!!! : )))
